It's so hard to find good stuff on Ebay these days, there's lots of junk, and the good stuff goes for a lot of money. This slip was an exception
I got it from one of the really great vendors on ebay, cherry tomatoe. She always has great stuff, ships fast, and is just really nice. Just put "ctop" in search and you will find her stuff

I walked by an Albert's every day on my way to my first job out of college
But I shopped at a different Albert's though....it would not have been good for my corporate image if I got caught

My best hosiery shop experience was "Cosmo" in New York
The store was run by a petite French woman, I never knew her name
I got to the point where I would call in advance so she could get things ready for me.
I would go every other month and leave with 20 - 30 pairs of stockings. She gave me great prices on the older things.
The last time I went I got more than 50 pairs of stockings. She kept saying "Buy these, I'll give you them at half price. " The next time I called, the store was closed. I think she was telling me in her way, but I missed it.
