A stunning black gown I got at Macy’s in New York City.
It is by Karen Miller, generally a name that is on the pricey side for me. But as always there was a sale and a coupon and for some reason, though it said $129.00 (on sale from $269.00) it rang up as $67 and then I used the 15% off coupon.
And the best part of it was that I had won a $500 Macy’s gift card in a raffle. I gave some kids outside my dry cleaners $10 one day, filled out the tickets and forgot all about it, One day the gift card showed up!
So I wanted until I was going to be in NYC, gave myself a few extra hours, and had a blast!
So I got this and another black sequined dress, plus a Dana Kay red dress. But buy then I had spent less than $150.
OK to shoes. I got a great pair of silver BCBG Girls shoes (I am wearing them as I write this) a pair of black Nicole Miller shoes, and a pairs of gold Nina shoes.
However all of these shoes with all the sales and the coupons, was less than $130.00
It took me a long time to find a formal length full slip in black. I have 7 or 8 in white
So I got some pantyhose. But Now I was running out of time so I hit cosmetics for 2 new Mac lipsticks. But even that didn’t finish it off. So finally I had to leave and save the rest for another day.
For anyone who hasn’t found “Flickr” I have found it to be great fun. I met lots of new girls.
