Bill and I are beginning to realize that this planet is much smaller than we grew up thinking it was. Our new friends from the other side of the world have become like part of our family and will always hold a special place in our hearts. What a blessing it has been for us to get to know all of these very special people of God.

	Russian's church visit best proof of change AUG 11, 1996 -- Paducah, Ky. -- Imagine what you would have thought just a few years ago if someone had told you that a Russian military major wearing his dress uniform would be bold enough to visit the United States and stand in a Baptist Church pulpit to talk about what it was like to be a Christian. Russia Bible mission reaps harvest July 21, 1996 -- Paducah KY -- We are going to have a visitor at our house next weekend. It won't be a relative. It isn't an old college or high school friend. It is going to be a Russian military major. Sergei Dmitrivich Vishnyakov is coming to visit from Vyborg, Russia.	Sergei Dmitrivich Vishnyakov is from Vyborg, Russia. He and Bill became good friends while Bill was in Russia October 1995. Sergei spent Saturday and Sunday nights (July 27-28, 1996) with us here in Paducah. He was in the U.S. for a few weeks preparing for his work with the Gideons in Russia.

	Jana and Valarie Morozov Valeri Morozov served as Sergei's interpreter for the weekend. He and his family are originally from Vyborg. Valeri is currently studying in theology in Memphis TN and will return to Russia in the spring of 1997 to continue the Lord's work there.	Margarita and Kirill Morozov His family also spoke and sang at our services on Sunday, July 28 and we were honored to have them as guests in our home on Sunday afternoon.

Janna's cousin, Olga, also from Vyborg spent a few days with us in February. She is a beautiful young woman and is now working with a Christian center in East Germany.
