Eggplant 9 from Outer Space...

Mulder and Scully hear a rumor of a large eggplant-like alien loose in Washington, D.C. With a head like a Chicklet and a body like an eggplant, the alien sounds horrible. With flashlights at the ready, they search the dark underbelly of the Nation's capitol.

When they witness the true horror for themselves they discover a vile creature more despicable and heinous than they had imagined. Mulder is especially miffed to see the alien sporting the uniform and accessories for the country's favorite summer pastime, as if taunting the agents.
