Quite frequently, the discussion and decision making process leads to a disasterous cascade effect. The resulting chaos and pissing contest between factions often leads to the escape and ultimate victory of the PEEP.

But this isn't always the case. There are still true heroes out there and, on occasion, true superheroes. To prevent the spreading bedlam and potential reign of terror, Superman can always be looked to for help in a PEEP crisis for there are two things in this universe the man of steel cannot tolerate. Kryptonite and PEEPS. And we can all sleep easier with this knowledge.
