Meet The Tick...

While Scully lay at the feet of the towering Dino-menace, Mulder tried desperately to get out of the trap he had been hurled into. He felt helpless to save Scully...like he just didn't measure up. But he had heard of this Dinosaur Neil before and, if he remembered correctly, The Tick had been able to defeat him.

As if thought became form, The Tick suddenly appeared from nowhere and proceeded to dole out blue justice. "Dinosaur Neil! Prepare to succumb to arachnid law, chum!" And feeding Neil a huge aspirin, The Tick forced the reversal of the dino-process that had turned a mild-mannered man into a raving menace.
