The fee will include the lineage, Secretary/Treasurer’s fee of $.30 per bowler per night, and the remaining amount for banquet and trophies. It is the team Captain’s responsibilities to insure that the total amount due from his/her team is delivered to the League’s Secretary/Treasurer before the start of the 2nd game each night. Bowling fees for the last week shall be paid by each member before the completion of the 5th week of bowling.
9. SECRETARY’S FEE
The Secretary/Treasurer fee is $.30 per bowler per night.
10. ARREARS
Any bowler in arrears will be dropped when the team notifies the league secretary except in the case of emergencies approved by the League Officers. The removed bowler(s) is still responsible for payment of all back fees.
11. BANK ACCOUNT
An account will be kept in the name of the league at Liberty Lanes. All deposits for each week will be made at Liberty Lanes on the same night as bowled, including sanction fees. Two officers must sign for all withdrawal. The president shall verify the balance at least once each month.
12. HANDICAPS
Bowlers will have a handicap computed after their first complete three game series. This handicap will be applied to the games in that series. Individual handicaps are figured on 95% of the difference between the bowler’s average and 220 base score for Youths and 90% of 220 for adults. No maximum handicap.
13. BLIND SCORES
The blind score shall be 120 with an 95 pin handicap for youths, 130 with an 81 pin handicap for women and 150 with an 63 handicap for men.

16. ABSENTEE SCORE
The absent bowler’s average minus ten (10) pins will be used in scoring each game. If a team has more than 4 members, the absentee score will be used on the player’s average with the most games bowled. If there is a tie the highest of the averages will be used. In either case, the full fee must be paid each night because the bowling establishment must be paid as if the full compliment of bowlers were present.
17. PRE-BOWLING
Any team that is requesting a pre-bowl must notify the opposing team, preferably the captain and get approval from a league officer at least 24 hours in advance. This is so arrangements can be made with the bowling establishment before the next regular schedule session. An individual wishing to pre-bowl must notify Liberty Lanes for lane availability. Liberty Lanes will witness all pre-bowled games. All score correction during the three pre-bowled games must be done by the control desk only. New teams entering the league within the first 2 weeks can post-bowl to make up those weeks.

19. POINT SYSTEM
Standings shall be determined on a point basis, with two points for each game won and 2 points for series. One point will be awarded to each team for ties. Other than 1st place, any ties for any other position, total pins with handicap will break the tie.
20. CHAMPIONSHIP TIES and CHAMPIONSHIP
First place ties at the end of the season will be settled by a one game roll off on a pair of lanes that neither team bowled on that night. Total pins with handicap of the roll-off to determine the winner.
If more than one team is tied for first place, each team will bowl on adjoining pairs of lanes and total pins with handicap will determine the winner.
.

Scratch awards may be added depending upon budget for the league.
23. MOST IMPROVED
"Most Improved" will not receive a trophy but will get an A.B.C., W.I.B.C. and YABA award. The base average as of 9th game will be used. A bowler must have bowled the minimum number of games to qualify.
24. RETURNED CHECKS
Returned checks will have a fee equal to the fee charged by the bank used by the league.
25. FORFEITS & BYEs
When a team bowls against a bye or forfeit, the team must bowl within 40 pins of the sum of their team’s averages. This is done by adding each bowler’s averages with handicap. If a team has an absentee, do not subtract 10 pins from their average for that night. Circle the absentee’s scores on the recap sheet.
