Machine was upgraded to a servo
controlled machine with encoders, flex couplers, gear boxes, and a touch screen
that makes adjustments as aeasy
as punching in numbers and move components "on-the-fly".
New Paper, Label Jam sensors and sophisticated Label Detection sensors
completed the package. And
the encoder provided the necessary feedback for positioning of the label
"on-the-mark" every time.
