Here's Our Berry-Bird!!

This is our beautiful Red lory, Berry. Berry was purchased as a mate for our first red lory, Callie. Unfortunately, Callie passed away in March of 2000, a victim of what we believed to be congenital liver-failure, as her dear mother suffered a similar fate. Berry is a shy bird, but graces us with his presence, & beautiful voice.
He came to us very wild, but has warmed up considerably in the 3+ years that we've had him.
He will even drink nectar from a cup in my hand now.
