Eudial drove her white station wagon onto the festival site. She said she had information that the target was at this location. Eudial pulled up by the stage where the Taiko performance was going to be held (no audience had arrived yet). There was a loudspeaker mounted on the roof of her car, and she used it to call for Miss Tono. Eudial made it sound like some kind of official announcement. Then she pulled out a gun that was loaded with some of the pink stuff that the professor made Daimon eggs from. When Miss Tono came out to see who was calling her, Eudial blasted her with the gun, and Miss Tono's pure heart crystal was forced out!
Raye and Serena saw the whole scene. Moon Cosmic Power! Mars Star Power! The girls transformed. "Stop right there!" commanded Sailor Moon, "You're trying to steal a pure heart that's dedicated to the Taiko. You're an enemy of traditional Japanese Culture! I'm the Pretty Sailor Soldier, Sailor Moon and in the name of the Moon, I'll punish you!" "Same here! Agent of love and fire, Pretty Sailor Soldier Sailor Mars! In the name of Mars, I'll punish you!"
"Hah! Well I'm Eudial, from Witches 5." Eudial whipped off her labcoat to reveal a tightly cropped red and black outfit. "Daimon, come out!" The box that Eudial had loaded into the car ealier burst open and Diamon "Soiya", a taiko-drum daimon, emerged.
Diamon Soiya danced over to Sailor Moon and Sailor Mars. The Sailor Soldiers weren't sure what to do. Then, a basket of fireworks on Soiya's back went off. Sailor Moon and Sailor Mars danced around trying to dodge the fireworks that were raining down on them. "Dance, dance!" cried the Daimon. Eudial turned to retrieve the pure heart crystal. "Heralded by the New Age, I am here: Sailor Uranus, appearing beautifully!"
"I too am here: Sailor Neptune, appearing gracefully!"
"Don't touch my crystal!" shouted Eudial.
The crystal wasn't a talisman, so Sailor Neptune returned it to Miss Tono. Eudial was very annoyed. She told Soiya to take care of things, then left in her car. Sailor Neptune and Sailor Uranus stood and watched the ridiculous sight of Sailor Moon and Sailor Mars dancing around, trying to avoid the Daimon's fireworks. "Do you want to help them today?" Neptune asked Sailor Uranus. Uranus said it would be too good a service, if they helped too much. Uranus and Neptune left.
