Meanwhile... high above the world, Nehelenia [whom Sailor Moon had defeated at the end of SuperS series] floated in a dark void. Her only thought was that her beauty would be preserved forever in this timeless place. Suddenly Nehelenia heard a voice. It said that her beauty should not be locked away. "Who's there," exclaimed Nehelenia. "The one who will grant your wishes," came the reply.	The seal around Nehelenia shattered and she found herself floating free above the city lights!	Back in the park, Artemis was crying because Diana was leaving with Chibi-Usa. Chibi-Usa held up the Time Key and invoked its magic. A pink column of light started to shine down around her.
Nehelenia saw the beam of light and realized it was a Sailor Soldier power. Using her own powers she looked down at the park and recognized Usagi and Mamoru. Nehelenia was furious. Until now, she had believed that Sailor Moon and Sailor Chibi-Moon had died from their long fall at the end of their last battle.	The strange voice came to Nehelenia again. It said that only Nehelenia deserved be the Queen of the Earth. Nehelenia wanted revenge on Sailor Moon. Nehelenia screamed in anger and her own dream mirror came out of her chest (just like in SuperS series).  The strange voice said that Nehelenia should shatter the mirror. Nehelenia did so and thousands of mirror shards showered down towards the Earth. Nehelenia looked down towards the surface with an expression full of hate.	Down in the Juuban park the sky was filled with what looked like shooting stars.  Chibi-Usa and Usagi thought they were pretty but Rei said they gave her a bad feeling. Ami and Mamoru thought there were too many to be a normal meteor shower.  As everyone looked up, one of the tiny shards fell straight towards them. Suddenly Mamoru felt something fall into his eye.
Seeing Mamoru react, Usagi asked if he was okay. Mamoru assured her that he was, but for a second Usagi thought she saw a strange golden glint in his eye. Just as Usagi was about to press the point, the time tunnel magic suddenly failed. The column of light around Chibi-Usa wavered, then flickered out completely. Everyone was left wondering what had happened.	In another part of the city, Haruka and Michiru were at their favorite spot- the indoor aquarium. They decided to go up to the rooftop patio.  When they got there, people watching the strange meteor shower.  Most thought they lights were beautiful but Haruka and Michiru sensed some dark power in them.  In her talisman mirror Michiru saw a dark shadow moving over the moon, but then the image was gone.	Suddenly people began to cry out in pain. They had been struck by the tiny mirror shards. A shard clipped Haruka and cut her hand. Michiru sucked on the wound and spat out a crystal shard into her hankerchief.  Instinctively, Haruka knocked the crystal shard away. The shard began to grow rapidly!
From the piece of mirror shard, a dark blue figure- gleaming as though made of crystal or glass- began to form. The shape of the figure resembled Nehelenia. Other crystals also sprouted from where they had landed on the rooftop and soon a dozen crystal figures surrounded Haruka and Michiru in a threatening manner. "Dead.... Scream..." A sphere of purplish light cut across the night and shattered the sinister crystal figures.	Sailor Pluto appeared before them! In her arms she held a small bundle. Michiru and Haruka were astonished to see Sailor Pluto as they had believed her lost. Sailor Pluto said that she had seen a terrible distortion in the timeline and so had returned to the normal world. Then Haruka spotted the bundle in Pluto's arms and realized it was baby Hotaru. Sailor Pluto said she had retrieved her from Professor Tomoe. Pluto said they would soon need Hotaru's power.  However, there was a more pressing problem. The shattered crystal figures had begun to regrow!	Sailor Pluto said that Haruka and Michiru should transform immediately.  The girls drew their transformation wands and changed into Sailor forms. Pluto carefully laid baby Hotaru behind herself in a nearby flowerbed. Sailor Pluto, Sailor Neptune, and Sailor Uranus battled a seemingly endless onslaught of crystal figures.  Whenever they destroyed one, new figures were generated from the broken shards!
