ORGAN CAVE
Organ Cave is located in Greenbrier County, West Virginia and has 7 entrances to its 39.5 miles of multilevel passages. It is the 7th-longest cave system in the United States. The cave is a commercial cave, but only a very small portion of the cave is open to the public. The cave was used for the mining of saltpeter during the Civil War and there are still 37 wooden saltpeter hoppers in the commercial section of the cave. ENJOY THE PHOTOS!
