NEW RIVER AND HELICTITE CAVES



New River Cave is located in Virginia and has only 1 entrance. The cave is developed along a fault line and has approximately 5 miles of passage. This cave is only open for restoration work and survey work. A signed slip from the owner is required to enter the cave. Entry without a slip is considered trespassing.

Helictite Cave is located in Virginia and has only one entrance. This entrance is gated and locked! There was no original entrance to the cave but an entrance was dug open. The cave has approximately 6 miles of passage and has a breathtaking display of helictites in the cave. The cave is being managed by the owner who is a caver, and he is trying to keep the cave in pristine condition.ENJOY THE PHOTOS!
