An "Emerald City" machine embroidery motif, and a hand-done "ruby slipper", as well as SRE poppies had been added to the block before it arrived at my house. |

I added the CQ stitches to the seams and buttonhole stitch outlined the poppies to give them some dimension. (Threads used--Caron Wildflowers--a favorite of mine.) "Toto" is a photo transfer of my brother's Cairn Terrier--"Barney" |
