NETBALL TEAM AIMS FOR HAT-TRICK
SPORT> CNC's netball team will be aiming for a hat-trick this year as they attempt to become national champions for the third successive year. The team, managed by Ursula Pennington, won the 97-98 cup in Birmingham in April, adding to the previous year's success in Sheffield.
Meanwhile, the football team will be hoping to go one better than last years joint victory in the Lancashire Cup - they drew the final 3-3 with Preston College - and perhaps even repeat their 1997 National Cup victory.
