We
are lucky to have qualified Kayak instructors in the Group. This year we are
re-running the Advanced Kayaking for our Scouts.
Cookham
believe in training skills and interetsts to the highest standards - where performance
becomes instinct and can be replicated anywhere, anytime - ticking boxes on
a requirements sheet is not enough for advanced badges.
Through the course of
the Summer and Autumn a small group have consolidated their understanding
and knowledge - now we are running wier trips on the Thames and quality days
/ weekends on some of the UKs best rivers.
