The Addams Family ( 1973)

In 1973, The Addams Family appeared on "Scooby Doo Where are you?"; a cartoon series with a wide audience. The response to the appearance gave the producers the idea to go with an animated series based on the characters created by Charles Addams and popularized by the now- defunct situation Comedy.
the Addams Family hit the road in a souped up Mobile Home ( a mansion mounted on a chassis) to visit various places in the United States.
Both Ted Cassidy and Jackie Coogan reprised their roles as Lurch and Uncle Fester. they were joined by Jodi Foster as the voice of Pugsley.
Even though only 16 episodes were made, the series ran from September 8, 1973 to August 30, 1975 on the NBC affiliates.

Following on the heels of the popular movie, The Addams Family, once again, hit the small screen in animation form.John Astin reprised his role as Gomez. Both Carol Channing, as the voice of Granny, and Rip Taylor, as Fester, joined Mr. Astin in rounding out the All- star cast.

Lurch is upset, and not attending properly to his duties. The children discover his girlfriend has jilted him, so Fester decides to build him a new one.

Grannys fortune telling business is on the rocks. It seems none of her fortunes are coming true. Has she lost her nack? How will she get it back?

  • 6. "Camp Addams"

In a sort of prequel to the upcoming movie sequel, the children are forced attend camp. And nosey neighbor Mr. Normanmeyer is the camp director!

  • 13. " Jack and Jill and The Beanstalk/Hand Delivered"

When Fester cant sleep, Wednesday reads him nursury rhymes... Addams Style. Meanwhile the postal person refuses to let rain, sleet, snow, dark of night nor Things stop her from her appointed rounds.

  • 7 A Girl And A Ghoul

When Wednesday meets her childhood hero, TV show host Graveyard Gary. things don't quite turn out as planned.
