all men by these presents that we Simeon Bratcher & John Bratcher
are held and firmly bound unto the Commonwealth of Kentucky in
the Penal Sum of £ 50 the payment of which well & truly to
be made we bind ourselves our heirs Executors and
Administrators jointly and Severally firmly by these
presents Sealed & dated this 21 st day of October
1841
The condition of the
above obligation is such that if that if there be no legal cause
to obstruct a marriage Shortly intended to be solemnized between
the Said Simeon Bratcher he being above 21 years of age & Jenetta Wheeler
daughter of William Wheeler who this day personally gave his
consented
Then this obligation to be void else to remain in full
force & virtue. |
