KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE
PRESENTS, THAT WE, Simeon
Bradshaw
and Elijah
Evans James Malias are held and
firmly bound unto the Commonwealth of Kentucky, in the penal sum
of £ 50, lawful money, the payment of which well and truly to
be made, we bind ourselves, our heirs, &c., jointly,
severally and firmly, by these presents; sealed and dated, this 9
th day of February
1852
The Condition
of the above obligation is such that, whereas, there is a
License about to issue from the Clerk's Office of the Garrard
County Court, for a marriage intended, between the above
bound Simeon
Bradshaw and Minirva
Jane Turner
Now if there should be no lawful cause to
obstruct said marriage, then this obligation to be void - else
to remain in full force and virtue. |
