To all whom these Presents may Concern - Know ye that I       Mary   Bratcher of State aforesaid & County of Sampson,  Heir of Isaac Bratcher in the Military Land Warrant hereunto annexed  Have and do by these Presents for myself my Heirs, Executors, & Afsigns Sell Transfer & Convey unto Charles Stewart of State aforesaid & County of Bladen, his Heirs, Afsigns all my Right, Title & Claim to the aforesaid Warrants And the Surveyor or Surveyors of Military Land are hereby fully Authorised to Survey I make Returns of Said Land in the Name of the above mentioned Charles Stewart or as he may otherwise direct.  In Witnefs of which I have hereunto set my Hand & Seal this  22d of September     A D 1795
