Nuncupative Will of N. S. Bratcher
A late citizen of Van Zandt County Texas Which was made on
words spoken by said Bratcher when he was in his proper mind in the
presence of the undersigned. Witness on the 13th day of August A. D. 1862. which ware as
follows to wit, He the said to Mrs. Matilda Bratcher his wife, I make you
my lawful heir to take charge of all My land and other property to Support
yourself, Rase and educate your children & to pay off the debts as you can
do not deed away one foot of your Land to any person except you want to sell out
and move away. I want all of My property at (your) death to be equally
divided among My children I want no administration on My estate only My wife
I want her to be Executor of My estate it is My wish that no action Shall be
had in the probate cort in the Settlement of My Estate. The above Testomintary words as
the substance thereof was Spoken in our presence on the day
and year above writen. |
