| Lo, for my own welfare I had great bitterness; It is Thou who hast kept my soul
from the pit of nothingness, For Thou hast cast all my sins behind Thy back. Isaiah 38:17 He has not dealt with us according to our sins, Nor rewarded us according to our iniquities. If Thou, Lord, shouldst mark iniquities, O Lord, who could stand? I, even I, am the one who wipes out your transgressions for My own sake; And I will not remember your sins. I acknowledged my sin to Thee, And my iniquity I did not hide; I said, I will confess my transgressions to the Lord; And Thou didst forgive the guilt of my sin. Selah. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. |
