Poetry by Karen

You're too fat. You should diet.

I did, I'm dead, now they're quiet.

Being slim and trim's the latest fad

She is that now and we're so glad.

Lose weight they said.

I did, I'm dead.

You're much too heavy. Slim you should be.

I will be now, they've buried me.

They all said I should lose weight.

Must one be thin at Heaven's gate?

For your health you must be thin.

If dead is healthy I guess they win.
