Events:  
  Too bad (for everyone but the Hydran LN 'H') that there isn't
    collateral damage from normal SW impact on targets, like for WW's.

  Everyone watch closely: This is a Hydran's dream come true: a range 0
    shot.  Sure, everyone likes it, but this is what he LIVES for and
    plans entire fleets' tactics around.  I'm just disappointed that he
    didn't overload the Fusions and hurt himself more, because he wanted
    the shot so much it, well..., hurt.
  Question: How do you play, and is there an official ruling?  Does
    degradation continue through a full PA panel?  My interpretation is
    yes, but I haven't seen it explicitly stated officially.
  So much for A's being uncontrolled.  Hey, you weren't supposed to kill
    the Andros, we were going to study their bodies and ship systems!

Next Monday is a holiday in the USA.  Note the 1-day delay:
Turn 4 EA and Segment 1 orders due next TUE Sep 2 at 18:00 CDT

Question: Does it bother anyone having to give segment 1 orders
without knowing opponents' speeds?  For now, that's the way it is.

I had positive responses for the enhanced results, having ships
listed with race, type, and id code, not just id code.  I'm
working on it.  It seems to be more important the more different
games one is involved in, which makes sense.

Question: What's your favorite, most convenient and fun interval
(number of days) between segments for a PBEM game with more than
just 1 ship per side?  You can suggest a new number of impulses
per segment for this answer (currently 8), if you want to.
