Turn 5 Segment 2 orders due next MON Oct 13 at 18:00 CDT.

Turn 5 Twirling Aces battle points will be awarded just before ACES 2
needs to have its Emperors determined (in a week or so).  Everyone
still participating gets 0.5, and there will be a couple more 0.5's
for causing internals.  Battle points earned after that in turn 5 will
still be awarded normally.
