I am currently on the Board of Directors for the non-profit organization, SOLOS (Survivors of a Loved Ones' Suicide). SOLOS is an out-reach program dedicated to supporting people who have lost a loved one to suicide. Our Mission & Goal is to ensure that no SOLOS need face their grief alone.

Since 1991, my husband and I have enjoyed the many entrepreneurial challenges of operating a national mail order company. As the business becomes more successful, so too do our lives become more hectic. My primary duties include creating the catalogue (photos, copy writing, layout); webmaster for on-line catalog; R & D for new product; network administrator (this is a new one -- I'm learning!); and tax preparer.

I am the mother of two wonderful small children who are the light and love of my life. (Not sure yet which keeps me busier -- the kids or the business :-)

In all my *spare* time I am working on the following projects:

-- Pursuing more information on developing the Tears Of A Cop web site so that it may become a clearinghouse for knowledge, as well as offer resources on law enforcement suicide and related PTSD issues.
-- I am a contributing writer for a free publication which promotes natural healing and spiritual development.
-- My mother-in-law, who is a professional artist, is presently working on illustrating a children's' book I've written.
-- I am also quietly doing research and development on an issue that is very important to me -- The possibilities of people. Within the next two years, I hope to enjoy publishing a free local publication which will feature stories of goodness and the positive aspects of people, instead of focusing on negative stories as is the case in most media today. Wish me luck!

PS - My online alter-ego is *electrica*
