Doubtless, everyone knows that Florida is called the Sunshine State, and with good reason - we have plenty of sunshine :-)  We live in the NorthWest part of the state in a sub-tropical suburb of a small tourist town called Panama City.  Our population increases exponentially about 10 times during the peak of spring break.   Students come from colleges across America to see the World's most beautiful, sugar-white beaches,  crystal clear aqua-marine water and to party-hardy!

On the above map, Panama City (which is difficult to read) is located to the west of Tallahassee (just above the letter "R") of the Florida Banner.   Often, people are surprised to find that we live in the Central (not Eastern) time zone.   Click below to link to some gorgeous local photographs.
