Birth order of children uncertain. There may have been other children.
Damase's parent's names were established from a page from an unidentified book found by Norma Sorelle. According to p. 257 of this document, Damase had at least two siblings: Edouard, who married Marie Larou on February 27, 1843; and Salomé, who married Louis Poupart on November 25, 1844. It is from this same page that we learn of the three children of Damase and Esther shown here. (To see the entire scanned page, click here; it is 155 Kbytes.)
Since these three children of Damase and Esther were married in Laprarie, and at least one grandchild, it is possible that Damase and Esther lived out their days in Laprarie, as well.
