You scream and scream until your breath runs out. The Romulans are temporarily paralyzed by your high-pitched scream. You open you mouth to scream again, but Commander Chav shouts, "Stop screaming, Ensign!"
So you decide to:
 run to the weapons locker on the bridge. 
 run into the turbolift.
