Copies will be billed on reimbursement basis (generally $1.00 per page). Note that in some towns which have only coin operated copiers (i. e. New Fairfield) or in which the Town Clerk will not accept personal checks (i. e. Woodbury) it may not be possible to obtain full sets of copies.
On Common Interest Communities (Condos and PCs) full copy sets of Declaration, Encumbrances and Maps will not be provided unless specifically ordered. There will be an additional charge based on an hourly rate of $50.00 for time involved in obtaining sets of CIC documentation. For large orders (over $50.00) a blank check payable to the Town Clerk must be provided with Search order.
