Estate to three sisters, namely, Magdalena wife of Bernard DESS, Fronica wife of Christian MILLER and Margaret wife of Conrad FURST. Mentions that a certain Rudolph SOUTER and herself for reasons known to God and then to him and me have lived and cohabited together as husband and wife for nearly 11 years, although no marriage ceremony was performed. After death of said SOUTER a certain Henry SNATTERLY, Jr. proved a non-cupative will and mentions suit at law being pending, and authorizes executors to continue the same.
