American Sprint Car Series returned this weekend to the high-banked dirt of Eldora Speedway. Bellefontaine's JR Stewart and the HPC Motorsports Sprint car team had a successful weekend.
JR qualified the #37 sprinter in 10th position and transferred directly through his heat to the main event, in the highly competitive Challenger Sprint Car Series..
JR started 10th in the 20 lap, 20 car main event and worked his way thru the field to a 6th place finish. The race was won by defending champion Phil Gresman.
