Racing Weekend of June 25, 1999

The Stewart Motorsports Sprint Car Racing Team traveled to LimaLand Motorsports Park on Friday, June 25. In the 3rd heat race, JR finished 5th and transferred to the 25-lap A-Main, starting 15th. In the first two laps, JR took four positions, and by the end of the Packard Grille 360 Show, the #37 sprinter came away with a 9th place finish.

On Saturday night, at Eldora Speedway, the Stewart Motorsports sprint car started on the pole of the 1st heat race and won, leading all ten laps. Starting 10th in the 25-lap, 23 car feature, JR held on to his position, coming in 10th.
