Stuffed Flounder With Lump Crabmeat
Deboned flounder
1 lb. Crabmeat
1 c. Mayonnaise
Lemon Juice
Worcestershire Sauce
Cayenne Pepper
1/4 c. diced onions
salt/pepper to taste
1 c. Breadcrumbs
White wine
1 tsp. Margarine

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  In a bowl mix crabmeat, mayo, onions, and breadcrumbs with fork.  Make into balls or patties.  Put into flounder and press down to distribute throughout fish. 

Place stuffed flounder into pan and add white wine to coat the bottom of the pan.  Add a dash of worcestershire sauce, dash of lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste, and margarine.  Place in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.  Take out of oven.  Cut fish down the middle and the juices in the pan to the top of fish.
