Melt a talespoon of butter in a cast iron skillet; get the pan white hot!

Coat fish filet with butter and lightly spread seasoning on filet.

To make seasoning, add 1 tsp. each of the following:  salt, black pepper, red pepper, cayenne pepper paprika and seasoning salt.

Cook approximately 3 minutes each side, pressing fish down with spatula.
