To my Skylar Girl ~ "Skylar" also know as Kalora's Causing A Commotion BFL1 LC11 was almost a champion I say almost b/c she needed a major to finish and was the reserve to a major queen. We stopped showing her b/c by the time her handler was ready to show her and go back in on her Skylar was done and wanted to stay home. So we ended her show career for motherhood later on in her life. She only had two litters, her first litter was born on 2/6/02 and six months later she had her second litter. B/c she was almost 6 and the litters were small the breedings were back to back which was recommended at her age. She is the dam of Ch Kalora's As Good As It Gets WAC "Dante" and "Hottie" Can CH Kalora's Hotter Than Hades. Skylar would have been 12 this October she was a wonderful dog. With a personality that was truly incredible. She barked when she was ignored and when ever I was on the phone for attention. She loved Alora's crazy bird although I have no idea why. And she loved the new kitten. She would try to go in with the new puppies to claim them as her own although she wasn't happy when they taking her stuff. This is very very difficult for Alora b/c Skylar slept at her bedside now for many years now. She was her total companion. Alora unfortunately due to finals had to go to school today. But I don't know how she will cope threw the day.
I glad we all had time to be with her till the end and I gratefully that she allowed us to be such a huge part of her world.
