Thank you for the voicemail message last Thursday to update me on the status of your investigation into the implementation of the subject suggestion. As we discussed on the telephone on March 9, 1995, due to the complexity of the circumstances surrounding the suggestion’s evaluation, I appreciated your confirmation that you would be contacting me to discuss your preliminary conclusions upon completion of your remaining interviews.

In an effort to come to closure on this matter in a timely manner, I would like to suggest that we have another telephone conversation on or before March 20, 1995, to discuss the status of your review and any questions you may have. Please advise.
