The letter dated October 30, 1995 which you sent to Ms. Jill Kanin-Lovers has been referred to me for response.
Although your letter recapitulates information and contentions we previously received from you, it does not add anything new which would lead IBM to alter its conclusions set forth in my September 29, 1995 letter to you. Accordingly, the determination not to pay you an award with respect to your Suggestion No. 921420144 still stands.
You also make reference to there being a number of other suggestions by you still "open". Please be advised that the Suggestion Department has already long since completed all the processing and review determined to be applicable and appropriate with respect to your suggestions, and considers all of them to be "closed."
We encourage you to put these matters behind you, and we wish you well in your new career.
