offering to sign copies of their book. 200 (+1000 for actually
signing copies)

The #1 stunt was easy. This was by far the stunt with the
most balls. It was almost scary. Amy walked into Borders pretending to be Pam
Houston. She then offered to sign copies of "Cowboys Are My Weakness".
The people at Borders were very excited and jumped at a chance to have a famous
author sign books. The camera operator, Carolyn, was playing the roll of Pam
Houston's publicist. Two days later I went to the store and asked for the book.
I was told it was on a table in the front of the store because Pam Houston was
in and sign the copies. They said she was very nice and they put stickers on the
book that said "Borders Autographed for you". The team kept cool and
pulled off the greatest Filmquest Stunt of the '90s.
