I'm not sure how John Tesh wound up so low on the list. I can only guess that it is a tribute to how crappy his music really is. The Quest Girls found John Tesh on the streets of Philly during Filmquest '95. Tesh was a good sport and Kay was able to get him to admit that he loves Elmo.
