The infamous 'Bathroom scene' -- Filmquest '95 -- This one is a tough one. Everyone knows by now that this stunt was faked, they knew the owner of the house. Had it been real, the judges would have voted the stunt 2nd on the all-time list! It's still funny and uncomfortable to watch. The team goes to this house, ask a 'complete stranger' to use the bathroom, then they all get into his bathtub. It gets scary from there, the owner catches them and discourteously throws them out of the house. They get an 'A' for acting, but an 'F' for faking it. The Video is still good enough to make the top 50.

I voted for this one just because of the script work. Everyone involved kept a straight face too. I always thought it was real because no one would make up this stuff. But one line gave it away ("Get off my property as soon as possible"). That is the line that led to the appointment of an independent investigator. Many years and millions of dollars led to the truth. "Bathtub Gate" ultimately brought that team down. 

Script sample:

Time-1:30 am
Chris: (at the door knocking) "Yo man, can I use your bathroom?"

Stranger: "What?? What the hell you talking about"

Chris: "We're on the road man, can we use your bathroom really fast?"

Stranger: "And your point is... Get the hell off my property... get out of here."

Chris: "Dude please"

Stranger: "Get out of here!"

Chris: "Dude I'll give you five bucks"

Stranger: "Alright if you insist"

Chris: (team walks inside) "where is the bathroom man" (team gets in tub and then thrown out of the house)
