Begin by asking the Goddess for a blessing, the Priest/ess performing the blessing should kiss each of the below mentioned body parts.
Note: there is no need to kneel before the divine, we are each the divine, everything is the divine. The Goddess and the God made us to stand upright..
Blessed be thy feet, that bring thee on thee path.
Blessed be thy knees, that kneel to the Lord and Lady.
Blessed be thy womb, without which we would not be.
Blessed be thy breasts, formed in beauty and in strength
Blessed be thy lips, that utter the sacred names.
The Sevenfold Blessing is to be performed before the Goddess and the God after asking for a blessing. It can be performed alone or by another.
Blessed be my feet, that take me on my path.
Blessed be my knees, that support me before the Divine.
Blessed be my abdomen, that holds my heart true to them.
Blessed be my breast, that holds my heart true to them.
Blessed be my lips that utter the secret names.
Blessed be my eyes, that see the beauty of Their love.
Blessed be my mind, that seeks Their knowledge and wisdom.
1. Choose the timing of the spell

With the athame or power hand, point to the ground at the North and move in the shape
of a circle to the East, South, and West and back to the North.
Envision a glowing blue stream of pure energy coming from your fingertip (or athame), going directly into the earth.
"This is the boundary of my sacred circle. She encases me and goes through floors and
walls. She forms a great sphere around me (us), protecting me (us) and directing my
(our) energy.
This circle is consecrated to the Great Lord and the Great Lady that they may manifest and bless their child(ren) 'say your name (each says their name).'
This circle is charged by the ancient ones that are with us in all we do and those who we ask to be with us today."
Call upon the elementals.
"Watchtower of the East, I call on thee to bring Air to my circle, entering my circle and
carrying out negativity with you, purifying it with your sacredness.
Watchtower of the South, I call on thee to bring Fire to my circle, banishing all unwanted beings from our presence, purifying it with your sacredness.
Watchtower of the West, I call on thee to bring Water to my circle, cleansing any
unwanted impurities, purifying it with your sacredness.
Watchtower of the North, I call on thee to bring Earth to my circle, beautifying and
sanctifying it, purifying it with your sacredness."
Sealing the circle
"This sacred circle is now sealed. All within it are protected from those who wish to do harm to you. Enter this circle with no fear and love in your heart. Be one with your brothers and sisters that surround you and enter with perfect love and perfect trust."
"I dedicate these candles to the Lady and the Lord."
Trace into the wax the symbols of the God and the Goddess.
Then inscribe the letters that reflect the aim of the use of the candle.
Candle color should be appropriate to the desired effect.
Anoint the candle with an oil of consecration
Envision the entire process, through to the end.
By the end of the words the spell should be visioned through to the end, the herbs should have all been burned, the words said at least once through and the final spell words will reflect that.
Raise energy by dancing and chanting the words to the spell. When the energy is full, release it to perform it's task.
Finally, ground the energy by placing hands on the floor/ground.
Always allow candles to burn away completely.
Refresh yourself with cakes and wine.
Raise athame over the alter.
"Lady and Lord, I thank you for being here, blessing me, guiding me, aiding me and guarding me. You are with me here and everywhere. I came in love and I shall depart in love."
Raise athame in salute.
Through love we are bonded; may that bond be eternal. Merry we met, merry we will part, and merry we will meet again! The rite is ended, the circle is cleared, so mote it be!
Kiss the blade of the athame and lay it on the alter.
Raise wand facing north.
Open hands into the goddess position and point at each of the elements while releasing and blessing them.
"Elemental Earth (Air, Fire, Water), depart from this gathering in peace with my
blessings, we are kindred, thee and me, and though you leave you are always a part
of me. as I am always a part of thee."
Raise athame and move around the circle counter-clockwise to open it.
Envision the blue light streaming out of the earth and back into your body.
Press the athame against forehead to recapture all of the energy.
"The circle is open, yet the circle remains as the energy is drawn back into me."
