A Fairy Tale

Janice said, "What do you do here, in this wonderful place?" Fairy Tale said, "I wander around all day and look for the lost unicorn. He is my husband, but now I am afraid I have lost him." "I could help you find him if you want me to," replied Janice. "That would be great!" Fairy Tale said.

"The last time I saw him, he was running through that field out there. I come to the brook everyday to see if he is going to stop by for a drink of water after all of that running. I just don't know what happened to him." A tear ran down her face. Janice just knew she had to find the unicorn for her new friend Fairy Tale.

"Where should I start to look?" asked Janice. "If you follow this path, you will come to a dark dismal house. It is the house of the Wizard McGee. He has a real mean streak. He use to be realy happy and helped all of his forest friends. I don't know what happened to him but he has been so mean lately. One day he was here at this brook, and someone came and took his picture. You see if you take a picture of a Wizard he loses some, but not all, of his magic skills. The magic skills are captured in the picture. If we could find the picture and give it to the wizard he would know how to find the unicorn that is my husband."

This time Janice was real glad she didn't bring her camera. But who could have taken the picture of the Wizard McGee? Janice decided to walk the path to the Wizard's house and maybe he could tell her who had the picture and how she could get it back for him.
