The Real Deal
WE HAVE A WINNER !Well, race fans this game is what you have all been waiting for. It's your chance to win a Race Views 2000 t-shirt autographed by Dale Earnhardt. The winner will also receive a photo of Earnhardt signing the shirt. You'll be able to show your friends it's the real deal. Race Views doesn't deal in b.s.
Our dear friend and co-conspirator, Helen Waite, stood in line for 3 hours in Vancouver, WA to get this bonanza. Her husband Will (short for Willing To) Waite, accompanied her on this mission and we thank him also. Now let's cut to the chase.
This game couldn't be any easier. Just tell us, in 25 words or less, why you should be the winner of this t-shirt. That's not too tough, is it ?
This is not a trivia game, so there is no absolute answer. We have had tremendous responses to our subjective questions in past games. Our readers are very clever. Each and every entry has an equal chance. We'll have a panel of professional, unbiased judges consisting of Helen Waite, Cousin Shifty, and Uncle Mike so you may be assured all will be on the level. No restrictor plates or common templates at Race Views.
Very few rules. One entry per person. Sounds to me like only one rule. That's very few. Contest entries will be accepted only until October 10, 2000. So we can announce the winner on October 15, 2000 in conjunction with the race at Talladega, the site of some of Dale Earnhardt's most exciting wins. We like 'theme' games.
In a few days, we will post a picture of the t-shirt below this text, to further inspire our readers. We just haven't received the disk, yet. Check back - be patient. When you have to deal with the Post Office, you learn to be patient. Trust me.
If you are sending in your entry, please make it clear that it is an entry. We have received some e-mail that we can't tell if it's an entry or a comment. We welcome your comments, but we don't want to think a note is a comment when it is actually intended to be an entry. We don't have a crystal ball, as you long-time players of Out Psych Uncle Mike already know.
Dale Earnhardt signing the actual t-shirt you can win.
The digitized photo isn't very clear, but it's the same t-shirt.
Trust me.
We'll sent a print of this photo to the winner - the print is much clearer. This is the actual t-shirt. The hanger is not included.
