Corn Casserole

Mary Kay Letters sends us this recipe for Corn Casserole.


 

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream-style corn (15 oz.)
  • 3 Tablespoons Corn Starch
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs (beat with fork before adding to other ingredients)
  • 1/2 stick Promise
  • 1 can Carnation or Pet canned milk
  • dash salt

Preparation

  • In glass casserole melt 1/2 stick Promise in microwave.
  • Stir in corn, corn starch, and sugar.
  • Stir in eggs and milk. (Optional - I add in an extra one half to one can of whole kernel corn to the recipe besides the cream-style corn).
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Time varies, and may be longer, so check.
