Ingredients
- 4 whole chicken breasts, split, boned, and skinned
- Swiss cheese to cover
- 10 3/4 oz can of cream of chicken soup mixed with 1/4 cup of sauterne wine
- 2 cups crushed seasoned stuffing
- 1/3 cup melted butter
Directions
- Arrange chicken breasts in a shallow 3-quart baking dish
- Cover with a layer of Swiss cheese.
- Spread chicken soup mixture evenly over cheese layer. Sprinkle crushed stuffing evenly over top
- Drizzle melted butter over stuffing
- Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes
- Serves 4.
