Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground sirloin
  • 3 cups pasta sauce (your favorite - canned or homemade)
  • 1cup Progresso italian bread crumbs
  • 1 large egg

Directions

  1. Combine beef, bread crumbs, and egg in large bowl. Add a little of the sauce for a juicier meatball.
  2. Roll into golf ball shaped meatballs, put in baking dish with sauce, and bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
  3. Serve over favorite pasta or on your favorite Italian sub buns.
