Mollica Muffins

  This one is from Louise Bingham. Louise has appropriately nicknamed her recipe "Mollica Muffins."

 

Mollica Muffin Appetizer - Louise Bingham, McKees Rocks, PA

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of butter
  • 1 jar of Kraft Old English Cheese Spread
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 6 oz. can crab meat or ham
  • 5 English muffins

Preparation

  • Soften butter and cheese.
  • Mix all ingredients together, except crab meat.
  • Flake crab and fold into ingredients.
  • Split muffins, spread mixture on muffins and freeze.
  • When ready to use, take out of freezer, (no need to defrost).
  • Broil until cheese is melted and bubbling. Cut into quarters.
