Pasta all'arrabbiata
Here's an authentic, simple recipe from Joe Mollica in Milan, Italy.
If you like, here is a "real italian" very simple food: Pasta all'arrabbiata."
Directions
- Put a few spoons of virgin olive oil in a small pot.
- Take 3 or 4 pieces of garlic cut in small slices and put them in the oil. Put the pot on a very moderate flame and, carefully watching, wait until the garlic becomes "blonde."
- Then put several pieces of peeled tomato in the pot and add chili powder (attention !!) and a lot of parsley.
- Keep on the fire for 10 - 15 minutes and in the meantime cook a short type of pasta, but also spaghetti works very well.
- When ready pour the "arrabbiata" sauce on them and enjoy a very Mediterranean dish.
Incidentally, if you drink some white chilled wine, it works even better.
