Cookies 'n Cream Pie

Rick Mollica

I got this dessert recipe from a Keebler advertisement - I'm sure you can substitute other products, but I can vouch for the fact that this recipe is easy and delicious as it is.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups cold half-and-half, light cream, or milk
  • 1 package (4-serving size) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding and Pie Filling
  • 3 1/2 cups (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
  • 1 cup crushed KEEBLER E.L. FUDGE chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 1 KEEBLER READY-CRUST brand chocolate pie crust

Directions

  1. Pour half-and-half into large bowl.
  2. Add pie filling mix and beat with wire whisk until well blended, 1 minute. Let stand 5 minutes.
  3. Fold in whipped topping and crushed cookies. Spoon into crust.
  4. Freeze until firm, about 6 hours or overnight.
  5. Remove from freezer and let stand 10 minutes to soften before serving. Store any leftover pie in freezer.
